Professional areas of interest
I practice across the full range of family medicine, but have special interest in diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol disorders, sports medicine, weight management, and dermatology.

Personal Information
I was born in the middle elevator of the old St. Joseph Hospital on Linwood in Kansas City. My father was a career USAF senior master sergeant, so we moved frequently. I grew up mainly on the East coast. I have five brothers and sisters, and currently have three foster children: Alex, 12; Tony, 10; and Elizabeth, 6. They keep us very busy. I also sing with the KC Symphony Chorus and have since 1996, and am a member of a new church in the northland, New Song. I enjoy weightlifting, singing, acting, and wine tasting.

Education:
Medical Education- University of Missouri-Kansas City Six-Year Medical Program
Residency - Goppert Family Practice Residency Program
